NC IA | I built my shop for around $50/sf in 2022. Its a basic - no frills shop (no office, no bathroom, no in-floor heat, one window, one 24x16 door). I did all the interior finishing out myself (lights, electrical, workbenches) and built a loft myself. I have ceiling radiant heat and I love it - its a nice heat that keeps the building very comfortable. I have spray foam insulation in the walls and I think 40-50 inches of blow-in in the ceiling. I got a very heavy duty door that I paid almost 50% more than the standard one. | |
