The boys have had enough painting for awhile! LOL. It took 5 weeks to do this project….if I had to pay them for about 300 man hours they have in this…well….let you do the math!!! To do custom work you need a paint only building, we get by with our shop to do our own stuff, but it consumes our small shop. I have a 1066 we bought back last spring …. that we had bought new in ‘74…. and had been traded in the early 80s. It showed up on marketplace and my sons wanted it. So it needs the same treatment as this 1466.
The paint is the IH 2150 red cross to PPG . It’s a base red and then clear coated.
