In ND you have to renew your CDL every 5 years so you're well past that at 2018 issue date.
There's some hoops to jump through for hazmat and it's certainly not a lifetime endorsement by any means.
And:
Not a simple online test
Drop endorsement/readd quickly deal.
Lots of safety/security issues since 2011.
