I have a 2015 IH Prostar that has a moaning air horn like noise randomly while I sit in line at the ethanol plant. Sometimes it’s just a very short moan, sometimes it’s louder and lasts 4-5 seconds. I have unhooked the hose to the horn, and it still did it. Can’t figure out where the heck it’s coming from, has anyone else ever heard this and figured it out?
