Subject: Tractor supply paint problems.

NE Indiana
Working on doing a farmer paint job on a nurse trailer frame. Knocked all the rusty spots down with a needle scaler then power washed. Wiped down with paint thinner then let dry for the day. Painted the next day with majic paint from TSC. applied with a brush. Next day went around to touch up some spots with Rustoleim spray can also from TSC (they didnt have the same color in a majic spray can). The rustoleum ate the new majic paint that we brushed on yesterday. Im not a professional painter but have painted lots of things with a brush and then touched up with spray paint and I've never seen paint do this. Any idea what may have caused it. I'm assuming its a compatability issue between the Rustolem and Majic. Still seems strange because the brushed on paint was probably 95% dry before we sprayed it, but it literally ate it off like we sprayed stripper on it.
