By a second bolt do you mean a second row of bolts? Or just adding more in between the others?
The rest of the loader is in good shape, need to do bushings on the main tilt pins, but overall very good for having 13k hours on it. Payloader does most of the heavy loader work now, that definitely extends the life of these loaders.
