If it were me, I would drill a hole through the wall, and fabricate hinge hangers on a piece of steel that either wrapped around the wall, or at least bolted to the side of it. If there is rebar in the wall, this should get the stress point behind the rebar, making it much stronger. A hole in the concrete is only as strong as the bond the anchor has in the hole. A hole through the concrete, anchored past the rebar should be as strong as the wall itself (or at least until the fastener shears)...
