When you get it started: Attach a clear hose with a loop on the pipe where it connects the pump to the filter base/to the filter base. Start engine and look for bubbles in the line. If so take the bed off and replace fuel line running from both tanks to fuel pump.

Or just put you an electric pump on and be done with it.

Also the injector return lines probably need replacing as has been mentioned.
