255 70 22.5 wheels are 36 tall. Then you can have 16 inch brake setup. Those axles are common as dirt. You have the choice of cast spoke, Budd hubs or hub pilot. Even renew brake parts without messing with bearings and seals with some. Years ago, I helped a guy work on a trailer with 15 inch tires. Absolutely no parts available.
