West central Ohio | Thanks, wrapping the wall is definitely the strongest. I can easily bend some 1/4x2 bar stock around the wall and weld the hangers to it
Edit to add- epoxy and threaded rod was my first choice, but I don't want to wait for warmer weather to do it. I have successfully used epoxy and threaded rod in the past, albeit that was for much lighter and shorter gates
