I have someone coming tomorrow morning at 8 am to look and place a quote for tear down. This company also specializes in reconstruction of barns as well. I am thinking of getting a second quote. The second quote would be reconstruction of about a 30x40 with 12’ walls and a gable end on a level pad with eventual concrete floor for a shop/garage/workshop. Has anyone ever done this?
Are you talking about building a smaller barn from the material of the existing barn? That'd be a neat idea.
