northeastern Ohio | That sucks. I really liked the Milkrite inflations (I was using them until Dec 2023), but apparently they have cheapened them up. Time for you to try something different.
The silicone liners are probably the way to go if you want something that lasts. I ran the original Lauren Liners for a while, but didn't like the stiffness. Now they have a liner called Fusionliner that solved that problem: https://www.laurenagrisystems.com/pages/lauren-liners
