Pulled the plug and no go. Took the starter rope assembly off and pried lightly with a screw driver and it broke loose. While turning it over it sounds like something rattling around in the motor or pump housing . So I took the pump housing off and it was clean. Turned it over a few more times and no rattle. It starts and runs fine. ????????
