Yep. Its a little risky but the returns after 5 or 6 years basically bought the land. I don't understand why these companies aren't trying to purchase the land instead of paying for it 4-6 times over the 20 years.
It’s easy to understand. They are walking away at the end of the contract and won’t have to worry about the thousands of dollars needed to clean up. |
