Western Oregon | Clear the house of everything not on your diet, only bring in what you can eat one item at a time. I find no processed foods works best. I don't have a stomach, since 3 days old. Back then they thought Castor oil would help with moving food along, caused issues much like celiac. Best advise is make your own food from a list of ingredients you can eat. No more than 3 ingredients makes it easier. Simpler, closer to natural, the better. All meat diet can be hard(er) to digest, and keep regular, at least for me. Very lean meats. Bacon can be full of chemicals and junk. Certain vegetables and limited fruit helps. I can use goat dairy, pasture raised in moderation, find a little each day is best, middle of the day. I don't do organic because I raise my own food, as much as I can but organic would be better than other foods, fewest chemicals the better. Very simple diet, plain, sea salt and fresh ground black pepper keeps it simple. I use a few red pepper flakes, but very few. I add a little rice to many meals, soups and 1 pot meals. Watch out for the little things, hidden in everything, sauces, dressings, most add-ons. I use gluten free rolled oats, but not all oats are gluten free because of cross contamination. Mostly used cooked as meal or baked in muffins with 3 ingredients. I don't eat any bread, even labeled as gluten free. I buy a good tortilla labeled gluten free from a known label, fresh and only 3 ingredients, or make my own....James
