Eastern WA | Yup we have two sets of seven and a set of six. They are Stoess hitches. The double drill pull that broke in the one picture is a Deere hitch. They have a cast iron ring that after 60 years tends to give up the ghost.
Dad was pulling that set when it let go and I just hear over the radio “Uh, I lost a drill”. It’s happened to all of us but you always get a little worried when something lets go like that. Had it put back together in a few hours just in time for the night shift to take over. | |
