Southern Missouri | I have a solar contract that is now in it’s second 5 year waiting period, I’ve cashed their waiting period checks every year , have a neighboring farm owned by local lawyer and his farmer brother, I told solar company in beginning that if they got them to sign I would and they did I did , there’s no concrete poured in the construction process , watch YouTube of it , they press galvanized poles 15 ft into the ground that holds the panels and all wires are above ground, if they walk away there are time protection for our repossession , I fully realize there are legalities that can throw a monkey wrench in , we had a township grader that sat on a farm and had worked out of that spot for years and years ,then the absentee landowner that lived in Florida filed bankruptcy and they locked up the township grader , took a while but township got it back , anything can happen, if the Solar folks decide to start construction in middle of crop season tenant and landlord are well protected with funds paid for crop , damage before they can start ,I wish they’d start tomorrow, a big one is going in between where I live and where my farm shop is , right on interstate 55 | |
