Just curious where you estimate yours to be? Mine is 0%. In my life I can count on one hand how many times we’ve had a service truck on the farm. How do you operate? Seems like the trend is that with the new equipment that’s pretty much impossible to maintain. What jobs do you feel like you are better off turning over to the dealer?
None! Call me tight, but I prefer not to be paying for dealer overheads, dealer inefficiencies, dealer oil, dealer parts and dealer apprentice training on top of my mechanical work.

What percentage of your service work is completed by the dealer?
