Southern Indiana | I know several as I am one. Masons are just men like anyone. There are good ones and bad ones. It’s not nearly as secretive as non masons think. Active lodges are the only thing keeping it alive. We have a little over 200 members but only about 30 regular attendees. I enjoy it and it’s caused me to cross paths and make very good friends with people I otherwise wouldn’t have probably ever associated with. I was a Shriner but dropped out because I didn’t want to parade and drink but the Shriner hospitals do some good things. Sorry for the rambling. Just my 2 cents. | |
