Indiana
Most of the ground around me in EC Indiana is farmed by the owner and most are anti no till and cover crops in my area. I ve been notill and covers for over 10 years. And the only way I accomplished was to do it myself. However I also own ground as an investor.

From an investor POV returns used to be 3.5% but I just withdrew an offer on ground that would have yeilded about 1.75% as an investor. I can put my money in a MM for 4.25%. So I’m not sure but land prices and returns don’t work right now. Tough for a renter to keep up with MM rates. Incentivizes selling the ground.
