Agreed California used to be aggressive in fuel load control 50+ years ago. My father worked BLM there they worked closely with CalFire doing firebreaks, fuel control. Today if you pass flatulence gas I'm sure it will cause cancer in California. There fore it's most likely prohibited there.
The masses there need to take the state back and say enough is enough.
