Subject: RE: Son applied for the box down here .

West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
Our 33 year old non-verbal down syndrome son recently experienced a horrible, life threatening box transport by arrogant big box paramedics because the big box paramedics did not listen to our very explicit instruction, learned the hard way by us, from 33 years of raising our son that would have beyond the shadow of a doubt prevented the life threatening big box ride incident our son suffered through.

There are two ongoing investigations into our sons incident due to a complaint filed by our sons little sister. There will be no lawsuit filed by us, which we would easily win if we did file a lawsuit. When the dust settles after the conclusion of the investigations, there will be new big box crew training so that what happened to our son will be not happen to other people like our son in the future.

Damage control had been done and big box company policy was already officially changed because of our sons incident even before our daughter filed a complaint. Mayo Clinic box company knows that they really screwed the pooch.

We did not have a choice, again due to hospital/big box company policy...but I wish our local hospital would have called our home town volunteer box to transport our son to Abbott that night...I know for a fact the incident our son endured during transport would not have happened because of arrogance and box company policy.

Our son honestly did not need this kick in the throat on top of everything else he was dealing with that evening because of arrogance...oh well, he is asleep on the couch by my side as I type and is getting stronger everyday.

ETA...Like you, I am extremely proud of my sons.
