I got mine new right before Thanksgiving. Full of arthritis and a bone spur. Felt better than before a week later! Fought it for 3 years with cortisone shots and blood injections as well. Off sling on the 16th and PT 0n the 21st. Waited too long and won't make that mistake when the other one gets to be too much. Good luck!
