For a 24' panel with a collar to hang a gate in the future, 2 people could make 6 panels/day. One guy welding, the other prepping. Used 2 7/8" pipe and 7/8" sucker rod. plasma cut holes in vertical pipes and used flat punched steel for the vertical supports. Probably 3 man hours/panel after the jig is made.
