My wife has been gluten free for years. As other forum users have stated, eating gluten free is a lot easier and you have way more choices than in the past....and most of the newer GF bread substitutes a person can actually eat.

My wife is gf and the bread is by far the worst. One or 2 places she’s been at restaurant wise has had good gf bread but it’s pretty rare. One place actually sold her some buns and loaves.

Gf pasta isn’t bad. I eat it when she makes a pasta dish. I will say it doesn’t reheat well at all. Just sort of falls apart.
