I like how you are flexible and let employees clock out while on the road and not have to drive all the way back. At my day job a few years ago you could tell they never understood this. They always got pissy about me writing in a time whether it be clocking in or out. Once a week or so I was stopping at the local Napa when they opened at 8 to get parts that they asked me to get. Always wrote my time in that days as my day started at 8 and I wasn’t going to wait until 815-20 to clock in and give them a free 20 minute after grabbing them parts. Saved me from running to the shop and then running all the way back into town to Napa. Saved miles and time for them too. Doing tillage till 10pm or later some nights and I was way closer to home than the shop. Really didn’t feel like driving all the way back to the shop and then driving home. Saved miles and time then to. Hauling grain in the winter I rarely took a lunch. Why shut a truck off when you’re just hauling grain all day to go to town and eat when I could pack and leave a hour early or grab to go in town.
