Sw mn | Don’t eat fried food at restaurants. Watch out for cream of mushroom soup. Red sauce at Mexican restaurants has gluten a lot of times.
Eggs with cheese and bacon. Oatmeal doesn’t give me troubles.
Ribs, chicken, steak , any meat. Rice potatoes.
For eating out I like Indian restaurants. Most of the food is gluten free. Lots of ethnic restaurants have good choices for gluten free.
I don’t eat much for gluten free bread, it’s sort of crap.
You will real a lot better and the bloating/inflammation will go away. | |
