Our at work is through optium. There is enough investment choices including a cd type rate right now.
We usually pay heath care cost out of checking account or put it on a credit card. When the bills get too high or too many other large expenses in one month, I reimburse myself. My goal is to grow it to the point that the market gains annually would cover my annual deductible. We shall see!!
