She does have some issues.... That darn wall is causing some problems.
If the beams are warped, they are tough to hold. Looks to be leaning.
I don't know your age and if you have any livestock.
If you are looking for a shop, i wouldn't redo it for that.
Build new, it will be a better building for what you want to do and be more desirable down the road.
Try and save some beams and repurpose in your new shed/shop. They will be hard, so plan on drilling....
If you had cows and cattle, I'd probably fix it as you could get some use out of it.
Plus it has a cool historical factor.
You will have to decide what fits best for your operation.
