WC Indiana | I agree with Wayne. Sugar/Carbs=fat. Look at all the gracery aisles of Alcohol, Sugar drinks, Cereal., and processed foods. I have went on diets twice and lost a lot of weight. Both were low carb diets. I lost 35 lbs last spring with low carb and fortunately been able to keep it off. If you can get through the first 2-3 weeks it's a piece of cake but you have to be extremely low carb those first 3 weeks to get your body programmed to burn fat instead of sugar. Just shop the outside of the store and eat what God made..... | |
