I agree with Wayne. Sugar/Carbs=fat. If you can get through the first 2-3 weeks it's a piece of cake but you have to be extremely low carb those first 3 weeks to get your body programmed to burn fat instead of sugar...
THAT is the key. Insulin levels HAVE to be low for the body to switch into fat burning mode. Either body fat or consumed fat. Too many carbs (that raise insulin) or carbs to often as snacks (that raise insulin) are fat loss killers. Insulin is the key.
