NW IA | Do not attempt to "penetrate" the residue. With properly adjusted residue managers, in my case floating Yetter Sharks, you should only be sweeping the residue aside.
Wet conditions here have been most effectively managed with tile. Before adequate tile I no-tilled successfully, but sometimes had to watch the neighbors do tillage for a couple of days and then be ready when conditions improved. | |
