Well Kinder Morgan started the project in 2012. Canada was run by Harper's conservatives and BC by Clark's liberals who were the conservatives of BC. The project stalled. Kinder Morgan decided to let it go and Trudeau was there to buy the rennant of the project et to make it happen. That's why we call Trudeau's climate dance on the world front posturing. When it's time Canada is a petro state and the Liberals kwow it.
