Have never plugged Phoenix harrow in cornstalks no matter how wet, can plug in unchopped soybean straw but who has that. Can plug in standing cattails, baler twine and hydraulic hose, positive was entire field was wound up, got to cut off with Sawzall and field was clean, joys of a new farm. For the most part if dry enough to run Phoenix it is dry enough to plant, gets used some to knock down coyote dens and gopher/badger mounds. Probably best use is after planting to fill slots and level field before rolling.
