Western Ontario | Charles, we have a number of friends and business acquaintances in Quebec and they’re great people, but could you tell me why a province with a relatively large well educated population with excellent infrastructure, a lot of natural resources, cheap electricity and seaports would need $14B of Alberta’s money every year? I’m embarrassed that Ontario gets a single penny out if it too. The reality is Canada runs on western Canadian energy dollars.
