Well it's long overdue that places like Quebec and Ontario should be able to carry their own water.
If they can't, then they should do without.
As far as the idea that Toronto subsidies the rest of Ontario maybe they should think about mass transit for example that we all pay for and most will not ever use.
These things cost billions.
Alberta doesn't need to finance projects like that.
