Wisconsin | Absolutely, the title is a statement of faith, it has nothing to do with the scientific method or "believing in science". I believe data and statistics, lots of zealous adherents is typically not a sign of good data and statistics.
edit: the content is better than his profession of faith in the title, then he goes on to compare alcohol being baked out of bread (which is easy to test, predict and repeat) to teflon pans (which is quite hard to measure when PFOS measurement is in the parts per TRILLION, and NOT accepted science). Then concludes by claiming all life expectancy gains for medicine. I'll discount anything he says on the "accepted science" of medicine fairly substantially based just off that view of life expectancy gains.
