Who sells a good knife sharpener, electric or not? I’ve tried using just a stone but getting the angle right is hard.
Wicked Edge is hard to beat.
I have put in some practice and enjoy a good wet stone or oil stone and an old leather belt for a strop. There is something therapeutic about sharpening a good blade by hand.
