I had a few cannons, 300 Winchester, 358 Norma Mag and some others. I quit elk hunting and it made no sense to carry those cannons. I bought a .308 and it does anything I want it to do. It's a pleasure to shoot and ammo is plentiful in a lot of configurations. It makes your life more simple.
Anyone still using .308?
