Here in Mn the southern 1/2 of the state is slug only for deer. We’ve adapted to some pretty nice slug guns and muzzle loaders which don’t have the 400 yard range but impressive beyond 100 yards. I have a 220 savage that suits me fine for small wood lots and field edges.
Anyone still using .308?
