Subject: RE: fertilizer spreader pendlum

The pendelum are more expensive but more accurate. They do not throw fertilize on the tractor. I would get a Vicon. I have a Befco and am on my 2nd gearbox and it is screwed up. The company told me they had a problem with them at the farm machinery show. I have spread less than 10 tons through mine. Mine holds about 1200 lbs. Befco is not easy to deal with. I paid $1000 for mine new but it had set on the dealers lot for 1 year.
