| Dealers markup is whats wrong. Prices for the same part are the same to both lines. Just in many areas NH dealers are used to soaking the customer. You'd be surprised when dealer owners go to meetings and come back with the idea of setting their pricing matrix higher just because thats the % the other owners say they can get. About like where I work they started adding a $5 misc charge to all shop work because one of the owners found that when he took his car into a auto dealer to be worked on they charged him a misc fee. His idea it would pay for floor dry. Yeh $5 per customer and floor dry $3 per 50lb bag. | |
