| I cash rent some land from a guy who has a 35 year old 48x 64 x14pole shed with a dirt floor and slider doors out in the country.I want to rent it from him.It is on an "empty for the winter farm yard because they are snow birds". The farm has a half a half mile driveway.(too long when it snows allot) How do I go about figuring how much rent I should be paying to store tractors, trucks , grinder , sprayer and other machinery in there? ........50cents a squaere foot?Less? more?
