| Built a lumber Co. building 2000. Its 104 x 60. 40 of the 104 is shop with roll up door no trouble. The other side, cold side has 2, 30 ft doors, sliders. The end slider and the wall slider are now sinking down to the cement below doors. The cement 4 ft deep is a bottom for the doors to keep birds and weather out. Worked good till this summer then 3 of the four doors are touching and getting hard to open doors. Can and have adjusted the doors up but will this keep going down? Is there a fix that is reasonable?
