| Matt, I like to see No-Till also. However, the attitude you display does not win over any friends.
Quite frankly, looking at the quality of work, I would have to say Jay is doing a nice job of plowing.... even if I personally prefer not to see a moldboard plow. I like that one pass made a really nice bed.
Comment to Agboy: No-tilling alfalfa is not difficult - it is frequently done in this area. One thing it requires is a different way of looking at the farm's management system. Maybe for some, no-till alfalfa "doesn't" work, but it works "here".
