You might edit your post so that shows in the title.  "12 inch extension for 15 1/2 ft Midwest bed" will be more likely to get what you want than just "Midwest 15 1/2 foot truck bed."  Somebody may have the tip top sitting around but not the bed, so they just slide on by without looking.
