Subject: Help me understand CEC, CA and MG

I'm going through Neal Kinsey's book Hands On Agronomy. I didn't go to school for agronomy and am an amateur farmer at best so I'm struggling to follow the information that jumps all over the place from page to page. The soil tests were done by Waypoint Analytical and not by Acres USA, so it's not exactly apples to apples. In the book I'm on pages 87 and 88.

I understand that in terms of an 8.7ish CEC (Neal talks in TEC, my test has CEC), he wants to see 68% calcium and 12% magnesium. The particular field I'm looking at has average 11.9% CEC, 77.6% CA and 16.1% MG. What do these numbers suggest I change to get them back in balance? Looks to me like I have too much calcium.

Edit: location NC Indiana

First test picture is CEC, second is CA and third is MG.
