| One time we were working a 10-11 hour second shift that we got done between 2 and 3 am every day.During one month 10 out of 16 coworkers got pulled over and were accused of drunk driving on the way home by an obnoxious young cop.The first week 3 others got pulled over,I got it the following Monday.The guy used the same exact lines about smelling alcohol on your body and that your eyes were blurry.When he finally shut up I told him I had just got off work ,to which he cut me off and said that's what you all say.A second cop showed up and wanted to know what was going on,I told him that I had just got off work in the same department as 3 others that had been pulled over the that this guy had pulled over last week and that the first cop must think oil and beer smell the same.
The 2 cops talked for a minute then the first one said 'I'll let you off THIS time.When I asked what that meant he put his hand on his gun,,,,I left.
After that he must have went 2 miles the other way because he pulled over 2-3 every week that took a different route home,,,,,,A month later he got caught with a young girl having sex in the squad car,,,he got fired but is now a cop 30 miles away again.
When I was in school there were several mouthy kids a couple grades behind me,,they bullied the younger kids until one of the seniors caught them picking on his little brother and they found out they weren't that tough,,,,the bullies went in to law enforcement,some of them got fired repeatedly but then rehired by the next town over,,,
I have seen cops stick up for a "brother in arms" 100% until a video surfaces that shows he is guilty,,,,then they talk about justice prevailing,,,,when a local cop got accused of raping a teenage girl they all backed him until the DNA test came back
